EMRA 2026 will be held at Pavilhão do Conhecimento - Ciência Viva, in the Parque das Nações district of Lisbon.
The Pavilhão do Conhecimento [Pavilion of Knowledge] - Ciência Viva Science Centre is a scientific and technological space located in one of the most emblematic thematic pavilions of EXPO´98 - Pavilhão do Conhecimento dos Mares [The Pavilion of Knowledge of the Seas]. During the Lisbon International Exhibit visitors made a journey of exploration across the oceans in its history, technical and human perspective. A boat from the São Jacinto shipyards was exposed in the central nave.
It reopened to the public as the Pavilion of Knowledge - Ciência Viva Science Centre on 25 July 1999 and aims to be - in addition to other spaces in Parque das Nações that continue to develop actions that mobilise thousands of visitors - a centre of interest, a pole of attraction and a qualified partner for the promotion of Science and Technology Education in the Portuguese society.
The venue is conveniently located in Parque das Nações, a vibrant, modern riverside district that showcases Lisbon’s contemporary side, blending striking architecture, green spaces, and lively cultural attractions along the Tagus River.
